My February training recap is up on the blog. It was a tough month with races being canceled or full, I felt a little lost. But I ended the month on a good note and I’m looking forward to a great March!
#MBF IS COMPLETE! ☑️ Today was workout 21 - dynamic recovery, and I decided to do a time lapse video for you to change things up a bit.
This may have been my sweatiest #mbf workout to date! 💦 Tomorrow is dynamic recovery day, and the final workout of the program.
Started my day with Megan Davies - day 19 of #MBF ☑️
March is National Nutrition Month! To celebrate, use this toolkit full of tip sheets and handouts, games and activities, PowerPoint presentations and more: https://sm.eatright.org/NNMtoolkit #NationalNutritionMonth
Only 3 more days of #mbf! I really enjoyed this as my cross training and it feels good to complete the program! I didn’t do all 21 days in a row - up until this last week I kind of sporadically did the workouts in order to compliment my running. This week I decided to finish strong doing a workout every day. It’s HARD - I’m glad I took the flexible approach that I did.
Wednesday’s post workout noms: whole grain toast with Nutella and sliced banana, a caramel mocha protein shake and water. Yum!
Double workout today! ✌🏻
