Ready To Go!

As part of my goals for 2014 (check out my latest update) I want to run more.  Specifically I want to run at least 3 times per week, I want to achieve a goal of running and/or walking 50 miles in a month, I want to run at least 3 races this year, AND I want to run a longer race than a 5k… like 8k, 5 mile, or 10k… and maybe even a duathlon! (I’ve already accomplished the 10k as of 3/15/14… now my sights are set on a duathlon and MAYBE a half marathon… stay tuned…)

This post is meant to serve as a reference for me to look back on for potential races and for others that live in my area to find races that they may want to run!

February 2014
